When I initially reviewed the law in November of 2020 and concluded that the 2020 Georgia election was illegal because changes in absentee ballot procedures had not been approved by the Georgia legislature, someone in the GA Republican Party recommended that I retain Ray Smith, III of the Atlanta law firm of Smith & Liss to represent me in filing my first lawsuit in November of 2020. I did and before later terminating Smith, I personally paid his firm’s bills.
I was the plaintiff.
Ray Smith, III was the lawyer of record.
The State Bar of Georgia has not filed a complaint against Ray Smith, the lawyer. Only against me, the client.
