After my November 2020 lawsuit was dismissed, I terminated Ray Smith, III due to my discernment that he had mishandled the lawsuit at the trial court level. I took over the appeal of the case to the 11th Circuit and to the U.S Supreme Court.
Certiorari review of my case was denied, but in the dissent penned by Justice Clarence Thomas to the denial of review of the Pennsylvania election case, Justice Thomas validated as correct the legal theory upon which my case was based.
Subsequently, President Trump has made clear that the legal theory of my case was correct - the law requires approval of changes to state election procedures in a federal election to only be made by the state legislature.
Even Ol’ Vernon Jones has also now publicly agreed that my legal position in my November 2020 lawsuit correctly stated the law.
What in the world is going on here???
The State Bar of Georgia is attempting to discipline me and potentially disbar me for filing a valid lawsuit as the plaintiff. Ray Smith, III walks away unscathed.
Is the State Bar of Georgia engaging in a targeted prosecution and persecution of me?
