I am informed today that my former alleged “friend” Ann Vandersteel (now known to be a Mike Flynn Propagandist who appears to be grifting on the Clay Clark traveling circus show and a publisher of false “intel”) reposted the frivolous, false, and scurrilous fraud complaint filed against me a year and a half ago by Wade, Grunberg, & Wilson.

Are you kidding me, Ann?

I guess Ann did not learn anything from the ruling by the Supreme Court of Delaware yesterday. Let me try to help her.

You should never attack anyone based on non-adjudicated allegations made by one party to a lawsuit or a legal matter. Unless you want to use the unproven false allegations for propaganda to smear someone. The wise course of action is to wait until the litigation is over and fully adjudicated. Otherwise, you may lose and find yourself in a world of legal trouble. Ann appears to lack wisdom.

The WGW allegations are disputed. I have not yet been able to tell my side of the story. WGW failed to show up for their depositions under oath. My side of the story has yet to be told in court. In time, it will be.

It is easy to make allegations in a lawsuit. It is an entirely different thing to be able to prove them.

I know the extortion and propaganda tactics being employed in that litigation. I bet Ann does too. Now she is part of it.

In time, I will have my day in court. I will eventually be afforded my legal right to cross-examine WGW. You can run but you cannot hide. Check my record. I am pretty good at exposing the lies in depositions. God blessed me with trial lawyer skills.

Ann should attend the depositions when they occur. She might learn a thing or two. She might need to learn as she has now re-published without privilege false and defamatory statements of and concerning me. Heck, Ann might just be deposed herself by me one day in the future in a new lawsuit where she is the defendant. Time will tell.

People who rush to judgment before ALL the facts are know and both sides are heard should be very, very careful. In fact, I would advise them to WATCH OUT for the boomerang can be very accurate when it returns to hit home.
