We are all jurors.

When a witness takes the stand, it is up to you to decide whether you think the witness is credible or not.

Do not lose heart when a liar lies and an obfuscator obfuscates. Especially when it is cleverly done.

In my experience, jurors can see right through a smooth or fast talking con.

Always ask yourself whether the witness has a bias, a motive to lie, blind spots, etc.

Regardless, once the testimony is there, it's there.

We all get to examine that testimony in light of other evidence.

I hope all will weigh the answers given by Clay Clark today, and ask whether the questions were sufficiently geared towards getting to the truth.

I'll just say he's lucky I didn't do the interview.

I would have taken my time with his book cover images on screen, and examined each one by one. We would have listened to Flynn's occult prayer together and gone line by line. We would have examined the many curious quotes he's been inspired by, and talked about his affinity for pyramids.

Who knows. Maybe Clay will let me do a fireside chat with him.
