I receive the net profit from the purchases. There is not much markup but I wanted to be totally transparent with you.
I will use the net profits to pay for the TOMOTLEY TALKS podcast equipment and treats for my puppies.
Will there be money left over for me? I don’t know and I don’t care. I have not had any income from my law practice in the last year and a half thanks to the state bar grievances filed against me. But I am doing okay. I have enough and enough is always enough.
I don’t care about money. I can’t take it with me. I am satisfied to have enough to maintain the land over which God blessed me to be the steward and to take care of the wonderful people who work so hard to make it beautiful for others to enjoy and maintain for the wildlife.
With the help of my brother in Christ, Don Brant, I am going to farm 7 acres on Cotton Hall to provide to farm-to-table vegetables for guests at the bed and breakfast, feed myself a little, sell a portion, and give away food to people in the community who cannot afford it. Please pray for the “farm” to be a success.
