I have been trying unsuccessfully for months to get my Georgia law colleagues to fight for me against the tyranny of the State Bar of Georgia.

To date, they have denied me with their silence despite knowing that I am being wrongfully persecuted and falsely accused.

Soon The Marc Elias Crew and The 65 Project are going to be knocking on their doors to destroy their law practices, shame in their community, and ruin them financially.

I have tried to wake them up and warn them.

Soon they will be targeted.

Will I sit back and say, “I told you so?”

NO.

With whatever is left of me when that time comes, I will join ranks with them and fight back by their sides.

In fact, I am already fighting back for them as I fight back as hard as I can to defend myself.

It has never been about me.

I could surrender my law license and live out my days peacefully and quietly at Tomotley. I wanted to retire in 2020 after I finished the Nicholas Sandmann cases. Then Nicholas fired me in part I am sure based on the false attacks being made against me.

Most importantly, I know there is no requirement that I show Jesus Christ a Bar License to get into Heaven for eternity.

But I will not take the easy way out and surrender my law license. If the State Bar of Georgia wants it, they will have to fight me to take it. I will never quit.

Two of my children followed in my footsteps to become lawyers. My grandchildren may wish to be lawyers. Maybe even my great grandchildren. I will fight for them and your children too. I will fight for generations to come.

I know that God created me to be a lawyer. God gave me the strength to rise from tragedy as a child and teenager and survive.

God provided a way for me to get through 7 years of school to graduate from law school with part-time jobs and loans.

God gave me the skills I possess as a trial lawyer to spend 45 years helping the less fortunate and the victims of wrongdoing.

What God gave me, no state bar association can take away from me. No man on Earth can take away from me my eternal life in Heaven with Jesus Christ, my LORD and my SAVIOR.

So get ready to rumble, State Bar of Georgia.

You picked a fight with the wrong man.

I will never quit.

And in the end, I will win.

Truth will prevail over lies and light will shine on darkness. And I pray, my efforts will glorify God and help others, even strangers.

Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Jesus will be by my side every step along the way in the battle about to be fought.

I pray for the members of the State of Georgia Disciplinary Committee, the justices on the Supreme Court of Georgia, Rob Remar, and Judge Tom Cauthorn. If they are my enemies today, I pray that in time, they will be my brothers and sisters in Christ. I don’t want anyone to spend eternity in hell.
