One of my followers just brought it to my attention that Judge Tom Cauthorn has close and formal ties with Mercer Law School!!!
“T.E. currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Board of Visitors for Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He served on the President’s Advisory Committee on Legislation from 2009-2013, and chaired that committee from 2010-2011.”
Let’s think about that one for a minute.
If I get disbarred, Mercer Law School will have an excuse to take my name off the trial courtroom and refuse to refund my money to me.
Peter Canfield, the lawyer for Mercer Law School told my attorney that Mercer would not consider the return of my money until AFTER the State Bar action was completed.
Peter represented Cox Enterprises in my 16-year battle against the Atlanta Journal & Constitution for Richard Jewell.
