There are allegations being made on other channels that #FightBack is wrongfully withholding money donated to the New Mexico audit initiative.

At present, #FightBack records show that we are in the red $27K. However, we are closely reviewing reposts received from Joe Oltmann (who set up the donation site) to determine if there are additional audit donations which have been made in addition to the $23K received directly by #FightBack and earmarked for the audit effort.

If #FightBack has received donations in excess of the $50K it donated to Dr. Shiva in connection with his anticipated efforts in the NM audit those monies will be forwarded to David Clements.

Joe is taking down the NM audit and David Clements donation pages from the #FightBack website.

#FightBack is in the process of bringing its website in-house. I expect that transition to occur within the next 2-3 days. Joe has been very cooperative in making the transition but was delayed by being out of the country for a few days.

I am posting this information consistent with #FightBack’s pledge of transparency.

Again, if you wish to donate to the NM audit effort or to David Clements, please do so directly to David and not through #FightBack.
