Since I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ as my LORD and SAVIOR in August of 2018, I have learned so many things I did not know before. I understand now so many things which did not sense to me before August of 2018.
Everyday, I learn more as I live and learn.
I face the whole TRUTH of my life. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
It is easy to praise the LORD for the good in my life.
It is easy to praise the LORD for forgiving me of the bad I did and do in my life and for how He always uses my bad acts to teach me lessons I always need to learn to be a better person.
In the recent many months, I have had to face the ugly in my life. The betrayal by loved ones both family and friends who I love dearly. The pain of being used by many others and then having my character attacked and my integrity questioned. The pain of being falsely accused of being a liar and a thief and worse while having people cheat and use me for their own agendas. The pain cuts deeply when you know the accusations are false and even deeper when made by those you were misled to believe cared about you. Believe me when I tell you, it has been ugly. The trials and tribulations are burdensome and weigh heavily on a person.
But I am not a “victim.”
Because the LORD has taught me the hard lesson to praise Him for those trials and tribulations as He uses them to bring me closer to Him.
So I praise the LORD for the good, the bad, and the ugly in my life.
All things do work together for good to those who love God for whom He did foreknow and did predestinate to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.
We serve an awesome and powerful God.
I love Jesus Christ and I know He loves me so much more.
I am not a victim as I live in victory as a son of God.
