I always chuckle a bit when I reflect back on my law school days because I received the AmJur award (the highest grade in the class) in my classes in Corporations, Bankruptcy and Jurisprudence (the study of the various theories underlying systems of law).

I chuckle because I always wanted to be a trial lawyer and those classes seemed a bit irrelevant to trial advocacy. Maybe they were not given the extraordinary times in which we live.

Oh, I also was received the AmJur award for my class on Trial Advocacy.

Even a young lawyer knows that members of the board of directors and former members of the board of directors of a corporation owe a “fiduciary duty” to the corporation and fellow board members to NEVER publicly disclose or discuss the business of the corporation except as required to do so in actual litigation. If one violates this fiduciary duty, he or she can be successfully sued in civil litigation.

REAL lawyers know this fundamental rule of law. FAKE lawyers do not know it.

Only a fool who claims to be REAL lawyer would knowingly violate this fundamental rule.

I have been made aware today the David “Mr. Magic” Clements is publicly discussing corporate business information of #FightBack, a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation.

Ol’ Davey Boy is a former board member of #FightBack.

CONCLUSION: David Clements is either a FAKE lawyer or a FOOL.
