I stand by every word I said in this interview almost 3 years ago with Mark Levin about the FAKE media, defamation law, social media, the First Amendment, and my opinion that New York Times v. Sullivan must be reversed as the basis for that decision is not found in the U.S. Constitution.
Defamation law should be decided by the states. Not the federal government.
Justice Clarence Thomas agrees with me.
