When we won our “independence” from Britain , we immediately placed ourselves under the law and rule of Britain by adopting the “common law” of Britain in all states except Louisiana which adopted the Napoleonic Code of France as its common law.

Our Constitution was based on God’s laws. Not the common law of Britain. The Constitution forms the basis of our legal system. Not the British monarchy.
We must dramatically change our legal system in this country.
