Warden Allie is cracking the whip early tonight as I have an early start tomorrow for the hearing on my motion to dismiss the meritless and politically motivated State Bar of Georgia grievance complaint filed by the B.A.R. against me.
The facts are undisputed and are ALL on my side. The applicable law is clear and requires a dismissal of the complaint.
Will I prevail?
It depends on whether the rule of law is followed. If it is, I will prevail. If it is not, I will lose the motion. If I lose, I will keep fighting back and press on.
It is what it is and will be what it will be. Only God knows. But regardless of the outcome, I trust the LORD.
He has a plan. For my life and for yours.
