A lawyer has a duty to zealously advocate for a client in the courtroom and in the court of public opinion, particularly in the court of public opinion when the client is faced with an unjust prosecution.

As a lawyer, I have always sought to be a zealous advocate for my clients.

My clients always appreciated my advocacy on their behalf both in the courtroom and in the court of public opinion.

I knew my clients wanted an ethical lawyer with “fire in the belly” to fight for them. I am a ethical lawyer and in 45 years have never to this very day had a client file an ethics grievance complaint against me.

This afternoon, I came across the 2 TRUTHS below posted by Ibrahim Reyes on his TRUTH Social account.

Ibrahim represents me in the lawfare litigation filed against me, including the frivolous grievance complaint filed by the State Bar of Georgia.

Ibrahim knows the facts and the law. Ibrahim knows that the State Bar grievance against me is totally without merit to the point of being errant nonsense. Ibrahim knows that the grievance is nothing more than a political “WITCH HUNT.”

Ibrahim has courage.
Ibrahim believes in the rule of law.
Ibrahim knows the dangers of political lawfare waged against lawyers who support President Trump pose to our system of justice.

Words cannot adequately express my gratitude to Ibrahim for his zealous advocacy in my defense.

Thank you, Ibrahim.

God bless you.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws that regulate an establishment of religion, or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, or abridge the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.
