Proverbs for the End-Time Believer
My friend warned it would happen in America. And now it has. Mike and Kitty Burke live in Massachusetts. In trying to have children, they discovered they were infertile. They sought to become foster parents in the hope of eventually adopting children of their own. As part of the process, they went through 30 hours of training, home assessments, detailed interviews, and having their family life scrutinized.

Their many strengths were acknowledged as well as the fact that they were a loving couple. But they were rejected. Why? The state subjected them to an intense amount of questioning over their faith. They were asked if they would support and affirm their child's sexual orientation and gender identity. In other words, if their foster son told them he was a girl or their foster daughter, a boy, would they affirm that new identity? They answered that they would love any child in their home and see him or her as "made in God's image and likeness." They were told that their "faith is not supportive, and neither are they." And thus, they were not fitting to be entrusted with a foster child.

So the State of Massachusetts is denying Christians the right to become foster parents. That would be bad enough. But the implications go farther. The issue is not limited by the word "foster." If Massachusetts believes that Christians are not fit to be foster parents, then it has to follow that they don't see Christians as fit to be parents at all.

This is what happened in the United Kingdom a number of years ago when a Christian couple was denied the chance to be foster or adoptive parents. But now it's happened on American soil. And where? In Massachusetts, the Massachusetts that once led America in living for God as exemplified by the Puritans, but that now is leading America away from God. Keep in mind, Massachusetts was also the first state to legalize gay marriage. As I warned in the past that this would happen in America, I now warn that what happened in in Massachusetts won't stay in Massachusetts. It will spread.

This is all part of the same movement by which school systems are indoctrinating children into altered genders while hiding the fact that they are doing so from their parents. The state now believes it has jurisdiction, authority, and possession of our children. How long will it be before it declares Christians unworthy to be parents?

This is an end-time sign. We must resist it and pray against it. Parents, God has entrusted your children to you. If we relinquish that charge - we will reap a whirlwind.

This month pray for America, for its families, and its children. Pray for revival. And may God greatly bless you as you do!

Difficult Times Ahead
Don’t be naive. There are difficult times ahead. As the end approaches, people are going to be self-absorbed, money-hungry, self-promoting, stuck-up, profane, contemptuous of parents, crude, coarse, dog-eat-dog, unbending, slanderers, impulsively wild, savage, cynical, treacherous, ruthless, bloated windbags, addicted to lust, and allergic to God. They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people.
