Chapter 11.2.2.2 of the Law of War Manual is a great read for what you witnessed in 2020 when President Trump commanded all the State Governors the authority to have the power to make decisions which would show him who’s following the law and orders in place.

It also will paint a great picture of the rank structure shown on February 29, 2024, in Del Rio, Texas, with the Governor and Adjutant General, when he told the whole world it is a Military Operation.

Which was after Governor Abbott mentioned suspending the Constitution, which was a Comm, because it already has been, when you read the Suspension Clause and Writ of Habeas Corpus (Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2).

Hence why President Trump declared 11 National Emergencies in 11 Executive Orders in which one of those had the actions established to go after all Human Rights Abuse which the action declared came in the War Powers Act of 1973, Title 50 Chapter 33, Section §1550, the use of Military Force and Support of Partner Forces.

The President can declare War via National Emergencies as outlined in the War Powers Act of 1973, Title 50 Chapter 34 Section §1621 and §1701.

And was also after Arkansas and Nebraska Governors sent their National Guard to Texas which means they’re Federalized, and those Governors are taking orders from the Commander-in-Chief, hence the definition of the Adjutant Generals role:

“The AG reports to the state chief executive (governor) unless the National Guard are Federalized under Title 10”.

The only President who’s Federalized the National Guard to Active-Duty is 45 with Executive Order 13912, up to 1 million Reserve Components.

Which ALSO squashes ANYONE saying the President couldn’t do this due to the Posse Comitatus Act, because…

It does NOT apply to the Coast Guard and National Guard.

It does apply to the NG when they’re Federalized…

However, when Federalized that does not mean one order applies to ALL National Guard at one time.

It will depend on the command of what units they want and need, therefore the states being under control of the command of the CIC can use the NG for operations with law enforcement.

There’s ZERO REASON why “Biden” if he was president, would not undo all those 11 Executive Orders with 11 National Emergencies versus extending them all a year past their automatic termination clause as outlined in Title 50 Chapter 34 Section §1601.

The confusion with all this comes simply because many do not read or they surface read or they just cannot see there’s multiple scenarios and multiple options in laws and orders for the President to use.

But if you don’t read at all… you’re no different than someone who cannot read. 💯
