Q AND THE LAW OF WAR - PART ONE

During the Civil War, President Lincoln approved a set of “Instructions for the Government of the Armies of the United States in the Field,” which inspired other countries to adopt similar codes for their armed forces, and which served as a template for international codifications of the law of war.

Reading the law of war helps one understand the approach taken by the American military in the complex range of modern conflicts.

In 24 June 2015 (updated 2023) The Pentagon released its new book of instructions for waging war legally, wherein it outlined acceptable ways of killing the enemy.

This manual reflects many years of labor and expertise, on the part of civilian and military lawyers from every Military Service.

The manual revealed that the term “enemy combatant” had been replaced by the designation “unprivileged belligerents,” and that journalists labeled as such are legitimate targets.

The lengthy manual doesn’t only talk about protocol for those on the frontline.
It also has an extensive section on journalists – including the fact that they can be labeled terrorists.
They're not making journalists targets, they just make it clear that a person who represents him/herself as a "journalist" isn't immune to targeting if he/she is acting like an enemy combatant.
They've had some problems with extremists using the title "journalist" as cover to carry out attacks.
Unprivileged Belligerent is a spy or saboteur PRETENDING to be a journalist

The Department of Defense Law of War Manual, is the first of its kind, serving as an all-in-one guide for all four branches of the military.

Prior to this manual, each branch was responsible for writing its own guidelines for engagement.

The manual addresses a number of war legalities, including rules for warning of an attack.

Just for people that don't understand, tweets from people like Dan Scavino, Mike Pompeo, Chuck Grassley and other politicians along with nearly all official USA military accounts connect by timestamps to Q posts of the same timestamp or post number.

Q posts and the corresponding tweets from these accounts also connect to what we now know to be the Military Law of War Manual which states how the rules of war must be implemented and the repercussions that arise for violating them.

It is becoming clearer to us now that this Law of War Manual basically mirrors to a lot of the Q posts directly.

Trump informed us we are "AT WAR" on March 18th 2020 when he publicly declared himself a "Wartime President".

When Trump said he was doing everything by the book... He meant this book.
