IRREGULAR Forces = Unconventional Warfare

Unconventional Warfare = Clandestine Operations

Unconventional Warfare = Special Operations

Special Operations = Spearhead

Clandestine Operations = Title 50

Title 50 implemented in the Department of Defense Directive 5240.01 on September 27, 2024.

In the August 2023 Contingency Guidance it spells everything out:

There’s only 1.3 million soldiers on Active-Duty.

👉🏻 In that Executive Order 13912, March 27, 2020, President Trump Federalized up to 1 Million Reserves to Active-Duty…

In the first line under Military Personnel of the Contingency Plan it says:

👉🏻 Reserve Component Personnel on FEDERAL active duty will CONTINUE to report for duty and carry out assigned duties.

The National Security Section of the Guidance says:

👉🏻 Continuity of Government and Continuity of Operations

There's NOTHING to debate, debunk, or argue. 

"Biden" isn't real. "He's" not President due to Laws and Orders invoked.

"...I hereby delegate to the Secretary of Defense the authority and functions vested in the President by section 1285(a) through (e) of Public Law 116–92 [50 U.S.C. 1550(a) to (e)] on the use of military force and support of partner forces to the Congress."

Public Law 116–92 = Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 from December 20, 2019, in which those first 180-days produced DIRECT Military Orders and put in Executive Orders 13912 and 13919...

Revert back to #2 and #3 above in the September 27, 2024, Department of Defense Directive 5240.01 that implements Title 50.

Vested in THE President of Section 1550 = President Trump

If the Secretary of Defense is usually second in line behind President... but Executive Order 13919 made him equal... and DoDI 3020.26 outlines the Order of Succession being used is from December 10, 2020...

Then what President is the Secretary of Defense equal to since "Biden" is on record relinquishing "his" authority to the SECDEF?
