I guess that's why the Executive Document in the bottom of Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 says this:

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 301 of title 3, United States Code, I hereby delegate to the Secretary of Defense the authority and functions vested in the President by section 1285(a) through (e) of Public Law 116–92 [50 U.S.C. 1550(a) to (e)] on the use of military force and support of partner forces to the Congress.

That's "Joe" relinquishing his Commander-in-Chief duty, obligation, and responsibility to the Secretary of Defense.

It tells you point blank that "Joe" is relinquishing the authority from 50 USC 1550.

How come there's not a new Amendment to the War Powers Act of 1973 for President Trump's new Executive Order sending Troops to the Southern Border?

If this is a new operation, there would have to be a new foundational order somewhere OR President Trump would be doing what many other Presidents have done... use military without a reason or order, overriding Congress to do so.

If President Trump did that, it would destroy everything.

Title 50 Chapter 33 Section 1550 is the Congress and Constitution as mentioned in JP 3-57.

It would behoove all Americans to learn what matters.

The Armed Forces operate with Laws and Orders.

There's a LOT of Veterans that don't have a clue what's going on... and there's a lot who bash President Trump...

They're just as ignorant and a lot of it is due to the Military Industrial Complex that 5 Star General, Supreme Commander, former President Eisenhower warned the whole world about on January 17, 1961...

Money has destroyed a LOT of things.

Everything is public.

If you're waiting on "disclosure"... you're the same person who's been conditioned and let others do your thinking for you which is what led to the swamp and the establishment of D.C. the past 150 years.

This isn't a Popularity Contest for how many followers we can reach / have or monetizing videos.

What separates me from everyone else... I'm a retired United States Veteran who has the abilities and capabilities to retain a LOT of information and direct Americans to the sources that are all via official dot Gov and Military sites.

This is a Military Operation, Military Government, Military Occupation, and Continuity of Operations.

There's been so many comms of those such as the Occupied Country, White Flag of Surrender (Truce), and so many more.

The problem many Americans have ranges:

Have no idea about any Laws and Orders period.

Think you have to have years of experience with a full resume to know what's going on.

Think you have to have a certain title, position, or accolades to know what's going on.

Do not pay attention to terminology and definitions.

Cannot handle direct and straight-forward.

Get offended over those capable of being direct and straight-forward aka get their panties in a wad.

Lack the initiative to read all of what's invoked and everything that surrounds the orders.

Lack the attention span to read all of what's invoked and everything that surrounds the orders.

We have some LAZY Americans.
We have SPOILED Americans.
We have CONDITIONED Americans.
We have BITTER Americans.

The Federal Government operates with Legislation / Laws.

The Military operates on Laws and Orders and Laws and Orders invoked.

95% of the battle was simply enforcing the Laws that haven't been enforced for YEARS.

That alone exposed all the corrupt politicians who were all gums and dentures and no lawful action(s).

The rest is unprogramming all the Americans who've been conditioned and brainwashed by all those flapping gums and dentures.
